The policy
14 days, no questions asked.
If the HardenMac Safety & Recovery Protocol isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. You'll get your money back — the full price you actually paid, no explanation required.
- No survey, no “tell us why,” no retention pitch.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by Gumroad, our payment processor; when it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
- If you bought at the founder's price and the list price has since risen, the refund is the amount you actually paid — never recalculated against the current price.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the email address you purchased under. A receipt or order number helps but isn't required. We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days.
The one limit: clear abuse
Because this is a digital download you keep, we reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated download-and-refund requests from the same person. This is a narrow, rarely-used exception; it does not turn “no questions asked” into “questions asked.”
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, not instead of, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases in the EU/UK). Nothing here reduces those rights.
